Do I need to book?
No. You can walk in during opening hours. Booking ahead just means we can have the right part ready for your phone.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the repair and whether we have the part in. When you book in we’ll tell you how long we expect it to take, and we’ll message you as soon as it’s ready.
What warranty do I get?
Every repair comes with a 90-day warranty on the parts and labour we supply. It doesn’t cover new damage, such as dropping the phone again.
Will I lose my data?
We don’t need to wipe your phone for most repairs, but we can’t guarantee your data stays safe during a repair, so please back up first if you can.
What’s the difference between the screen options?
Our listed screen price is for a good-quality replacement. Original and genuine screens are also available for most phones, and their prices change, so please contact us for a live price.
